You do the project management, and I do the Lightweight Architecture Alternative Analysis Method (LAAAM), if needed; hiring; technical leadership; cost estimation, NPS (ROI) calculation, value clarification, and so on. Price is differentiated depending on the length of the effort (longer is lower).

You have a CTO; I coach their 360 degree needs, one on one and include others as needed.

While you shop for your long-term CTO, I serve your needs.  You interview, I assess their tech chops using a 100% online, bias-free leadership and technical assessment.

You do the people leadership, I do the technical architecture and marketecture (marketing + architecture, a term I coined to explain what I will do, for all audiences), with deliverables as needed.

You have an architect; I coach their 360 degree needs, one on one and include others as needed.  Naturally, this includes non-architects as well: senior engineers, information security, DevSecOps, etc.
